When the customer needs on-site service, the service staff will call back within 1 hour upon receiptthe request.
The customers 20km-100kw away, service personnel will arrive at the site within 24 hours.
The customer over 100km away (in China), service personnel will arrive at the site within 48 hours.
If the service personnel cannot arrive at the site on time due to force majeure, the personnel will discuss and confirm with the customer.
